Joe Sabbagh is the Founder and CEO at Ultimate Realty. Joe is a veteran of the real estate industry, and boast more than three decades of expertise. In 1996 he embarked on his first project under the UR Brand- a loft building on John Street, two years ahead of the Wall Street real estate boom. He effectively refurbished the property and leased it within six months. The development led the way for partnerships between Ultimate Realty and outside equity investors, as well as the acquisition of more properties in the Financial District, Tribeca & various parts of Brooklyn. Joe is active in New York civic and community affairs, and enjoys aiding young entrepreneurs fulfill there business aspirations.
Mark Sabbagh is the Director of Acquisitions at Ultimate Realty. Mark attended Rutgers University in 2009 and studied Real Estate Finance. Previously a distinguished sales and marketing executive in the consumers electronics business, Mark focuses on sourcing deals and conducting due diligence for prospective properties. Mark’s diverse background in business and technology has contributed to his success as a real estate investor, enabling him to be creative on a deal by deal basis. Mark is a respected member of the Syrian Jewish community and enjoys organizing Mi Shebeirach services in Manhattan and Deal.
Michael Sabbagh is the Director of Development and Construction at Ultimate Realty. Michael graduated from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in 2010. After spending time in architecture & design, finance, and real estate brokerage, Michael decided to join the family business at Ultimate Realty. Michael focuses on development and property management at UR. He also spends a portion of his time sourcing LP equity for larger transactions. Michael is a respected member of his community and serves on the board of the GEM Internship Program in the Sephardic Bikur Holim Organization.
Carlos Michan Memun
Carlos Michan is an associate at Ultimate Realty. Carlos graduated from Babson College in 2017 with a concentration in Finance. Carlos is currently earning a Master’s Degree from NYU’s Schack Institute with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment. At UR, his main responsibilities include acquisitions, sourcing capital, and financing. Carlos also spends time working on preferred equity and mezzanine debt investments. Carlos’ goal is to improve neighborhoods and communities through real estate investment and is currently pursuing opportunities in green building and sustainability.
